I’m a consultant residential conveyancing solicitor, advising clients on the sale and purchase of residential property across London and beyond. Since 2010, I’ve acted for clients across the full spectrum of residential property transactions — from first-time buyers to international high-net-worth individuals. I’m known for a calm, structured and proactive approach, particularly where transactions involve tight timescales, leasehold complexity or heightened risk.

When you instruct me, I remain your main point of contact throughout the transaction, supported by my wider team. My focus is on clarity, responsiveness and making what can feel like a daunting process as smooth, structured and informed as possible.

I advise on all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, new build matters and remortgages. My particular focus includes:
